The Golf Union of Wales has awarded LET star, Amy Boulden, their award for Professional of the Year.

The 22-year old from North Wales, who represents the Conwy Golf Club, turned professional following a successful amateur career where she represented Great Britain and Ireland in the Curtis Cup.

Boulden also won the Rookie of Year on the Ladies European Tour in her debut season as a professional in 2014.

Last season the Welsh star secured three top 10 finishes from 16 starts on the Ladies European Tour including a ninth place finish at the Ricoh Women’s British Open held at Trump Turnberry. She will begin her new season on the Ladies European Tour in New Zealand on the 12th February.
