In 2015, Karine represented Europe in the Solheim Cup hosted at Golf Club St. Leon-Rot winning 2 points. She played in 3 LET events with her best finish of T20 secured at The Evian Championship.
In 2014, Karine played in 3 LET tournaments and her best finish was tied 3rd at the ISPS HANDA Women’s Australian Open.
In 2013, Karine played mostly in the US and attended four LET events. She has a total of 31 top-10´s finishes on the LPGA already and ended the season ranked 25th on the Women´s World Rolex Rankings, but no victories there yet. She ended the season ranked 16th on its Official Money List and played in a total of 25 events. In Europe, she posted a new top-10 finish at the Lacoste Ladies Open de France and ended the season ranked 61th on the ISPS Handa Order of Merit. For the second time on her career since 2002, Karine became a member of the Solheim Cup team, but this time was significantly different than her first appearance as she was part of victorious team. She played four matches, paired with Muñoz and Recari and won two of them. In her individual match, she halved with Cristie Kerr after the victory had already been earned by the European team.
In 2012, Karine played 4 LET events with best season finish tied for 11th at the Gold Coast RACV Australian Ladies Masters. She ended the season ranked 40th on the Money List
In 2009, Karine moved to the US and played mostly on the LPGA. Her best finish was a tie for ninth at the LPGA Corning Classic, where she carded a career-low 64 in the opening round.
In 2006, Karine played in two LET events and finished T10 in the Weetabix Women’s British Open and T15 in the Evian Masters. She represented France in the Women’s World Cup of Golf at Sun City in South Africa with Gwladys Nocera and the pair finished T13. Karine earned a total of EUR 67,892.13 to finish 26th on the New Star Money List. She played in 26 events on the US LPGA where she posted five top tens. Earned US$392,847.00 and closed the season at 30th on the US Money List.
In 2005, Karine made seven starts on the LET, Karine recorded two top tens, which included her fifth career victory, and a further four top twenty finishes. Karine finished the season in style with back-to-back wins at the Catalonia Ladies Masters, this time at a new venue, El Platja de Pals near Girona. After her win, her next best finish was T5 at the Evian Masters, a co-sanctioned event with the LPGA Tour. She rounded out the year at 11th on the LET Money list and 14th on the Exemption Money List but spent most of the season playing as a rookie on the LPGA in America – with great success. She began the year with conditional playing privileges but after the re-rank she earned her full LPGA card for 2005. She earned 8 top tens from 20 starts earning $451,981.00 in prize money and finished 30th on the ADT Official Money List.
In 2004, Karine will remember 2004 as the year she broke back into the LET Elite players with a resounding victory in the final event of the year, the Catalonia Ladies Masters. In the previous 14 events she played, Karine threatened a win on many occasions. Finished 3rd in the BMW Ladies Italian Open Also T4 in the Ladies Open of Portugal, T4 in the Central European Open and T9 at the HP Open for her fifth top ten of the year. Little surprise she finished 4th on the OOM, her best year since her rookie season in 2001 when she won twice.
In 2003, Karine began her season with much promise finishing T3 at the Tenerife Ladies Open but struggled to find that same form for most of the rest of the year. Also finished T6 at the WPGA Championship of Europe, but failed to make the 2003 Solheim Team by right. However, it was still a successful year, finishing 19th on the OOM.
Karine was a member of the 1999 European Team champions and the 2000 World Team champions.
