Posted a career low 63 (-9) during the second round of the UniCredit Ladies German Open presented by Audi at Golfpark Gut Hausern.
In 2010, claimed third LET title at the Aberdeen Ladies Scottish Open presented by EventScotland at Archerfield Links in East Lothian. Overcame difficult conditions to finish a stroke ahead of Lee-Anne Pace, Trish Johnson and Sophie Walker. Posted five additional top-five finishes: 2nd at the UNIQA Ladies Golf Open in Austria and the Tenerife Ladies Open; 3rd at the Lalla Meryem Cup in Morocco, tied for 3rd at the ABN AMRO Ladies Open in Holland and tied for 4th at the Deutsche Bank Swiss Open. Finished 6th on the Henderson Money List with season’s earnings of €153,526.09 from 20 tournaments played.
In 2009, recorded four top ten finishes as follows: 4th at the Omega Dubai Ladies Masters; tied for 8th at the ABN AMRO Ladies Open; 9th at the Suzhou Taihu Ladies Open and tied for 9th at the Finnair Masters.
In 2006, won second LET title at the Finnair Masters at Helsinki Golf Club.
In 2005, Virginie earned her maiden professional victory at the 2005 KLM Ladies Open at Kennemer G&CC. She beat Eleanor Pilgrim from Wales at the second extra hole.
